Not veteran Jo Cornu, but Klaus Röhrig is chairman of the board of directors of Agfa-Gevaert. He succeeded Julien De Wilde.
Röhrig is the founder of Active Ownership Capital (AOC), a aandeelhoudersactivist that in a short time became the largest shareholder of Agfa-Gevaert. The Germans have 13,42 percent of the shares. AOC hopes to be a capital gain on his investment books now the company is out of Mortsel, belgium, a part of its healthcare department in the shop window.
